Jun. 3rd, 2012 12:03 amHow do you feel?
It looked as if Gaheris did you a world of good. You certainly seemed much more yourself than when I last saw you. Or was that entirely due to your thespian expertise?
Bella said this evening that you're to help on her ongoing investigation. Much as I wish her a successful conclusion, please tell me that you'll take some time for yourself before you dive in to assist her.
I ... still can't quite condone killing him, dear, but I do understand how betrayed you must have felt. I rather think he must have been in a world of misery, himself. To know that he'd driven your poor mother away, and to know that he was the root cause of her death as well? From a certain light it's almost as if you did him a favour. One I'm not sure he deserved but - well. I suppose I can see both their perspectives. And yours. It's unspeakably sad, from all angles. At least no one will know. You shan't have Piers Sanditon knocking on your door asking to write an opera on the subject.
At least now, if he did, I am a little more confident he might be able to walk away from the encounter.
Oh, but there is one other thing: I am very proud of you, despite the events of this past week. Do remember that.
